By placing an order, creating an account, or interacting with our Store (online, via email, or in-person), you (“Customer”) acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to be bound by these Terms. For custom items (e.g., monogrammed Backpack-Style Picnic Bags), you verify that customization details (font, color, text) are correct, as these cannot be modified after production.

4.2 Warranty Claims

- If approved, we will either:
